Hello Wonderful Listeners!

It's been a blast getting to know Hibbonite's people and getting to see Garren show his party boy side. These episodes have been fascinating to experience and I hope you're as surprised and delighted by the turn of events as we are. Fun fact: the cast had to wait nearly 2 months to know how the ending of episode 72 resolved. We immensely enjoyed Ben's turn of DMing a Side Eye adventure. The one-shot made for a fun, slap-happy distraction.

In real life, GenCon happened! It was great to meet so many people I've only known online, including our illustrious DM! It's surreal to physically be in the same space after recording online together for 18 months; it was good to give him a big hug. I also participated in the Playable Podcasts: Engage the Audience panel with David Steele of the Steele Empire and his daughter, Amara, who DMs their Actual play podcast A Quest for Magic and Steele; Chaotic Anarachy of Thread Raiders Podcast; and Chase Greenlee of Another Path Podcast. You'll be able to hear that audio in a week or two as bonus episode. We had a great time and I think we covered most of the bases for getting a podcast off the ground. Hopefully you'll find it entertaining and educational.

I continue to be all the places, with an upcoming charity stream for RAICES Texas on Welcome Party RPG Friday, August 30 at 8PM EDT. I'll be playing a level 10 Parrot Aarakocra Wizard in a pirate adventure lead by the founder of Welcome Party himself, Sean Sarah aka Throck. It should be a wildly good time.
